Paper pulp is ‘drawn’ in thin layers, four then being spaced to invite the play of light through the layers. The intersections are tipped with gold-leaf.

One of a series of multi-layered works in the ‘Woven Narratives’ series developed in partnership with Smythson. The blue colour references Smythson’s distinct Nile-Blue colour.
